Yes, absolutely! As a neurodivergent therapist committed to identity-affirming and anti-oppressive practice, I love supporting therapists with other marginalised identities including neurodivergence. Working with me you will receive supervision from someone who really gets it both personally, professionally and academically.
Yes, of course! I have been supervising since 2017 and only started to specialise in neurodivergence in around 2021, after accepting and integrating my own neurodivergent identity. I have a lot of experience working with neurotypical supervisees and believe my out of the box thinking is a real benefit.
Yes! Lots of my supervisees have different specialisms to me and I have also worked with a wide range of issues including trauma, anxiety and stuck-ness. If you have a specialism that I am unfamiliar with I will advise that I am unlikely to be the right supervisor for you.
Supervision is a requirement of membership bodies, ethical practice, and focuses on clients. Private Practice Coaching helps you start, build and expand your practice and focuses on you and your business.
Yes, I offer group supervision and 1:1 sessions. I offer Single Session Supervision Groups, run a monthly Friday morning group (currently full), and I am going to start a neurodivergent only supervision group. I am also available hire to supervise your group.
As an Integral Therapist I am trained in the core therapeutic modalities and have experience supervising those who use psychodynamic, person-centred, CBT, TA, relational, humanistic, Gestalt, creative, interpersonal and integrative approaches. I also supervise those who integrate spirituality, social justice theory, anti-oppressive practices, and GRSD understanding into their work.
I can supervise your work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, groups and consultative supervision (supervision of supervision). While my therapeutic background has always been in Private Practice, I have supervised those working in schools, universities, EAP services, online platforms, GP surgeries, charities, and services, as well as Private Practice.
Absolutely yes, and this is my favourite way to work! The benefit of working with me as a supervisor is we can work on your Private Practice too. We can either do this in our regular session or we can book extra time for coaching (at a supervision cost).
Yes, while most of my supervisees have the same regular monthly session, you can have a flexible or ad-hoc contract with me. However, I cannot guarantee that our availability will line up each time you would like a session, so I do recommend booking early.
Yes, I work in a trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming way with clients and supervisees. The way that I work with you and the client material you bring to sessions will be gentle, informed, compassionate and considered. My work is shaped by training and experience.
