Supervision
1:1 Sessions: Currently only I have the following available:
1x 60 minute session a month on a Thursday at 9:15am
1x 60 minute session a month on a Thursday at 3:30pm
1x 90 minute session a month on a Thursday at 12:30pm
ND Group: A monthly space for neurodivergent therapists, two groups (Tuesday morning and Thursday afternoon) some spaces available, read more about the group here.
Single Session Supervision Groups: Join a one-off, friendly supervision group based on your interests or needs. A low pressure way to try a group and get more information on specific topics. Read more about them here.
Private Practice Coaching

Therapy
