Clinical Supervision
While I am passionate about therapy I am truly inspired by supervision! I love this profession and supporting other therapists to be the best version of themselves and build thriving practices is a joy. Having been on the receiving end of poor supervision and wonderful supervision makes me all the more determined to provide fantastic, affordable and accessible supervision.
If you want a supervisor that is passionate, actively engaged in their own development and learning, supportive and trusting, and offers gentle challenging to help you grow you’ve found the right person.
It is incredibly important to me that you feel supported in our supervision sessions; both as a practitioner and as a human. With me you will find neurodivergent and identity affirming supervision from a neurodivergent human – I understand how important it is for to be met and supported where you really are not where others assume you should be.
You do not have to be a perfect therapist; you do not have to have all the answers; and you do not have to get it right all the time. We are all human and we all err. You should never be afraid to bring this to supervision.
I am generous with my time, knowledge, and training. I am passionate about expanding my own practice and I offer this energy and excitement to my supervisees. I focus on offering a flexible and supportive supervision experience, where you can blend 1:1 sessions with group sessions.
Supervisees can also benefit from my Private Practice Coaching as we can incorporate this into our regular supervision session and if you need extra time to focus on this aspect of your practice we can book coaching sessions at the same price as supervision.

While I have worked with a broad range of counsellors since qualifying as supervisor in 2017, I know my strength lies in working with neurodivergent and nervous or anxious therapists in private practice. Watching you succeed while growing in confidence is an absolute joy.
Due to my own extensive experience, I can supervise your practice with children, adolescents, adults, couples, group work and consultative supervision (supervision of supervision).
Newly qualified and trainee counsellors are welcome.
I have experience supervising therapists working in schools, colleges, universities, charities, private organisations, private practice, and solely working with EAP clients.
Although I am now a Senior Accredited Registrant Member of the NCPS my core training was BACP Accredited and I was a member of theirs for many years. I can support you through your accreditation with either the BACP or NCPS.
How you can work with me
1:1 Sessions
I offer 1:1 sessions online via Zoom. Usually my supervisees have monthly 90 minute sessions, however I can sometimes accommodate more flexibility or shorter sessions of 45 or 60 minutes. Contact me to discuss your needs. Check my current availability here.
Single Session Supervision Group
A unique offer which is a lovely gentle way to try group therapy without a big commitment. These are small (max 4 attendees) groups offered intermittently, each with it's own theme, and offers a top up of supervision at an affordable price. Read more here.
Neurodivergent Group Supervision
I am delighted to invite you to join one of two neurodivergent only online supervision groups. It will be a safe supportive and accepting space for neurodivergent therapists only. If you would like to know more or are interested in joining please see more information here.

Supervision Fees
1:1 Sessions: £80 per hour
Single Session Supervision Groups: £40 per group
Neurodivergent Group Supervision: £35 per group
