About
As Senior Accredited member of the NCPS and with over 12 years’ experience in Private Practice, and a background in Mental Health and the Criminal Justice System before that, I am passionate about how transformative and meaningful therapy can be – not just for clients but for their loved and therapists too. I have dedicated my career to helping people and believe that when people know themselves more fully, they feel better. I also intentionally trained as an Integral Therapist (which is different to integrative) as I believe that not one type of therapy is right for every client and use different techniques as best fits that client in that moment.

Outside of therapy, I wear many hats … mum to one; step mum to two; married to my second (and so far, favourite) husband; neurodivergent human; friend; dog owner; baker; creative (AKA starts many things, gets distracted, wanders off …); feminist; ally; social justice seeker. I also like to think I’m pretty funny, but that may be debatable! You might find me pottering in the garden; walking the dog while listening to podcasts or audio books; smudging my office; contemplating my to do list; or singing appallingly to some class 90s tunes. (We all have our gifts, unfortunately, musicality is not mine. But being good at things we love is thankfully not a requirement of joy!)
