Online 1:1 Clinical Supervision
Supervision that supports you, your clients and your practice, from a supervisor who’s firmly in your corner.
I’ve worked with a broad range of counsellors since qualifying as a supervisor in 2017, but I know my strength lies in working with:
⭐️ Private practice: especially if you’re new to it, or feeling overwhelmed by setting up
⭐️ Neurodivergence: whether you’re a neurodivergent therapist, or working with neurodivergent clients, or both
⭐️ Rebuilding confidence: if you’ve been knocked by difficult experiences in supervision, training or the workplace
⭐️ Depth, intuition & spirituality: for therapists who want to explore client dynamics in depth, and welcome intuition and spirituality in their work
Having worked therapeutically with children from age 7 upwards, as well as with adolescents, adults and couples, I can supervise your work with all of these, as well as group work. I also offer consultative supervision (supervision for supervisors). I’ve supervised therapists working in schools, colleges, universities, charities, EAP services, private organisations and private practice. Newly qualified and trainee counsellors are welcome.
I’m a Senior Accredited Registrant Member of the NCPS. My core training was BACP-accredited, and I was a BACP member for many years, so I can support you through accreditation with either the BACP or the NCPS.
My approach to supervision
While I am passionate about therapy, I am truly inspired by supervision!
Having been on the receiving end of poor supervision and wonderful supervision makes me all the more determined to provide fantastic, accessible supervision. I am generous with my time, knowledge and training.
I favour an approach that cares for the therapist and the client in equal measure. Alongside your clients, I’ll ask about your wellbeing, your training and CPD, your practice, and the you outside of therapy. You’re welcome to bring your whole self.
My supervision is built on my own SEAT Supervision Model:
- Supportive: the foundation of everything. You can’t do your best work without feeling supported.
- Educational: sharing knowledge, theory and ideas to help you keep growing.
- Authoritative: shared professional accountability for ethical, safe practice, not hierarchy.
- Therapeutic: space for how the work affects you, so it doesn’t stay with you.
You can expect warmth, honesty and gentle challenge. Watching you succeed while growing in confidence is an absolute joy.
