How to be Human Therapy Practice
I run an online therapy practice where I support clients to find the right therapist for them.
The therapists in this practice are handpicked by me and people that I know and trust.
Each therapist has their own specialisms, and all work in identity affirming ways.
Neurodivergent Specialists
I am excited to announce I am setting up a training organisation with a colleague, who also specialises in neurodivergence. We are so excited to share with you what we are doing and have plans to deliver a wide range of neurodivergence training from individuals, therapists, corporates and more. Pages of Insight
I am so excited to launch this passion project with an amazing artist who also happens to be my step daughter! As a therapist there have been so many times when I can't find just the right worksheet to help clients and now I, with the help of someone talented, design just the right ones! There will also be sheets for individuals to use for themselves, with journal prompts and mindfulness colouring.
