Neurodivergent Supervision Group
As a neurodivergent therapist I know how important it is to have supervision that understands me as neurodivergent and can understand my neurodivergent clients. Unfortunately, there is still a lot of ableism, stigma and prejudice within the therapeutic industry – I dedicated my dissertation to the experiences of neurodivergent therapists, so the research supports this statement. I hear all too often how the nuanced experiences of neurodivergent humans are pathologised or dismissed from other professionals. I wanted to create a space where neurodivergent therapists can feel safe, comfortable and seen.
Details for the ND Supervision Group
The group details:
- Tuesdays at 10:30 to 12:30
- Monthly Sessions
- Held on Zoom
- Closed group for up to 8 group members
- Designed to be additional supervision for the group members
- £31 per session, per person
The group dates:
Initially this group will run from October 2025 to March 2026.
- 14th October 2025
- 11th November 2025
- 9th December 2025
- 13th January 2026
- 10th February 2026
- 10th March 2026
Following this I anticipate running this group from April to March annually, in line with my other groups.
The group is for:
- Neurodivergent practitioners only
- Diagnosed or self-identified
- All forms of neurodivergence
- Qualified and trainees welcome
- All modalities
- Those looking for additional and specific neurodivergent affirming supervision to add to their existing supervision arrangement
This will be a place to:
- Discuss your practice in general
- Discuss client work
- Discuss your accommodation needs as a neurodivergent practitioner
- Get neurodivergent affirming support
- Feel accepted
- Be supported by peers
- Be supported by an experienced neurodivergent supervisor
How to book a place:
If we currently work together, please message me and let me know that you would like to attend and I will book you a space.
If we are not currently working together or have not worked together before, please contact me and we can arrange a free 20 or so minutes to have a chat and see if we feel like a good fit.
If we are happy to continue, I will onboard you as a supervisee with paperwork etc and you will receive confirmation information from my automated system.
Payment & Attendance:
I have decided to make this a closed group so that we can create a sense of safety within the group and everyone can get to know each other and know who to expect each month.
I am asking members to commit to attending each session and to avoid missing any sessions, although of course this will be unavoidable at times.
Payment is due 24 hours in advance of groups and there is a 5-day cancellation period otherwise the fee is payable.
If you are unable to attend this group on a Tuesday morning but could do a Thursday afternoon please contact me. If I receive enough interest I may be able to start a second group.
