Professional Body Doubling

You don't need more willpower. You need someone else in the room.

Fortnightly online sessions where you log in, work alongside others and let someone else hold the structure for once.

What is it?

A shared online space where practitioners work on their own admin, notes, CPD or even tidy their spaces alongside others. No talking, no demands, just presence. Body doubling uses co-regulation to make starting (and finishing) easier.

Knowing that you have 45 minutes each fortnight to complete those dopamine lacking tasks could give you the momentum you need to achieve your goals and run a practice in the way you want to.

At the start of the session you can type the things you are hoping to complete in the chat box and at the end of the session let us know what you got done. But if you don't want to share anything you don't have to at all. It is a no pressure space.

Who is it for?

This space is designed for psychotherapists, counsellor, therapists and allied professionals. However, this space doesn't require any interaction and there is no sharing of sensitive data so if you would are interested in attending but are not sure if you meet the criteria, contact me and we can discuss.

If you work with me on a regular monthly basis(either in a group or 1:1) I am delighted to offer you this space for free after we have worked together for 3 consecutive months.

If we work together on an ad hoc basic I'm happy to offer this to at 50% off the current price (as below), after we have worked together 3 times.

How does it work?

Frequency: Fortnightly is the aim but some months may be monthly due to leave etc.

Format: Via Zoom, cameras on, mics off.

Group Size: I expect these groups will be small, but as the days and times change I also expect numbers to vary.

Session Length: Each session will be 45 minutes

How to book: Contact me to book a session, if we already work together I will add it Kiku for you and a link will be sent out.
If we don't already work together, after a quick initial call, I'll add you to Kiku (diary management software), and add the sessions you can do to there.

Days & Times: As I want as many people to benefit from this as possible, I am going to vary the days and times that sessions are offered on. Please see below for sessions now confirmed.

Punctuality: Please come to the session a few minutes early so you're in the room when we start. I'll let everyone in at the start of the session & then lock the call. There's no waiting for late arrivals, so if you miss it, we'll see you at the next one.
