Supervision Road Map: A Free Conversation Prompt
Most of us have arrived at supervision at some point thinking, “I’m not sure I’ve got anything to bring this month.” Often that’s exactly when something important is sitting just out of view.
The Supervision Road Map is a list of prompts, in rough priority order, to help you check in with your practice and make the most of your supervision time, month after month.
How to use it:
- Glance through it a few days before supervision, if you have time
- Start near the top and work down. The earlier items are the ones I’d want you to rule out first
- Pick one or two things to explore properly, rather than trying to cover the whole list
- Keep it somewhere easy to find, so it becomes part of your monthly rhythm
