I have worked in various care settings for the last 16 years, working in numerous roles and environments mostly mental health. These experiences and training have enabled me to work with a variety of people experiencing a range of difficulties and disorders. Including but not limited to eating disorders; addictions; depression; anxiety; and personality disorders.

Professional Standards

I am a member of two professional bodies and as such I abide by their codes of conduct and adhere to their ethical frameworks. I attend regular supervision sessions with senior practitioners to ensure that my work remains at a high standard.

Who I Can Work With

I work with adults, adolescents, children and couples. I am also a supervisor of counsellors and other professionals in caring or educational sectors.

I have a particular interest in working with the 'quarter life crisis'; men and women in their late 20s and early 30s, facing many difficult issues this time in life brings. (This may include relationship issues; parenthood difficulties; step and blended families; stress anxiety; depression; childhood trauma; self esteem; body confidence; sexuality; gender identity; pressure of expectations; and feelings of being unfulfilled or lost.)

However, as an Integral Therapist I am able to work with a wide range of issues, which includes the following:
