I am running Mindfulness & Wellbeing Groups for Children designed to promote mindfulness and self esteem.
This is a 12 week course and each week has it's own individual theme designed to build social skills, emotional intelligence, and mindfulness skills.
This group can be an affordable alternative to counselling or an ideal way to build confidence before or after individual counselling.
There will be a maximum of 12 children in each group and I offer two age groups; primary school age children and secondary school age children.
I deliver all group sessions and am supported by Laura Wade, who has 20 years experience working with children and supporting families.
