Three Month Individual Package - £180
Three 60 minute 1:1 sessions, focused on any element of your Private Practice This is booked as a package of 3 sessions payable in advance & to be used within 3 months of purchase. This package is worth £195.

Inception Stage Package (Focusing your Practice) - £360
This package gives you 6 hours of 1:1 coaching, focused on helping you to work through what you want your Private Practice to look like. We will look at:

• your business plan (don't worry if don't have one!)
  
• your ideal client and niche (again don't worry if you don't have one!)
  
• brand identity
  
• how to set up your calendar (allowing time for all the elements in your business)
  
• how to set up business accounts (making sure you are saving for tax, CPD, supervision etc)
  
• your specific support needs (sometimes knowing what we need someone else to do for us is essential)
  

This package is worth £390 and can be booked in a way that works for you. Would you rather hyper focus and get it all done in one or two days? We can look at making that happen. Would you rather pace yourself and book one hour a week for 6 weeks?

Creation Stage Package (Legalities & Basics) - £230
This package gives you three hours 1:1 coaching, plus 2 spreadsheets and 2 documents. This package is focused on the practicalities of setting up your Private Practice. I will help you to set up with the HMRC, the ICO, and set up a secure email. I will bring to our a session a basic accounts spreadsheet, an hours & income spreadsheet, a lone working policy and a therapeutic will and we will amend this together in our session. I will also help you to assess what type and frequency of supervision you would like to support you in Private Practice (this does not have to be with me).
This package is worth £295. I would suggest this package is attended over the course of one or two days.

Action Stage (Essential Paperwork) - £430
This package offers 5.5 hours of 1:1 coaching, plus 10 pieces of essential client paperwork and a standard welcome email. I will provide basic paperwork for the following that we can then amend within our 1:1:

Development Stage (Marketing your Practice) - £420
This package gives you 7 hours of 1:1 coaching plus a list of manageable of explained tasks to do between sessions. This package has been created to help you learn how to market yourself effectively as a Practitioner, and it happens to be one of my favourite areas to support people with. We will work on:

• Review & update of a directory listing
  
• Review & update of website
  
• How to use Facebook or Instagram effectively
  
• How to use Canva for marketing
  
• How to set up & use Newsletter
  
• Creating a 'Bio Link'
  
• Creating a Marketing Plan
  

This package is worth £455 and I highly recommend that you attend for one hour each week to keep on track and develop your skills in marketing. I also highly recommend that you book my 3 month package with hourly 1:1 sessions after you have finished this package. That way you will keep yourself accountable and on track.

Expansion Package 1 (CPD Exploration) - £65
This package is a one hour 1:1 session to focus solely on your CPD aims for 1 to 5 years. Do you have so much you want to do but just need to talk this out? Need to have someone to ask useful and insightful questions about why you are thinking of doing that next course? Not sure if you really need to do that masters level course? Not sure if the course you are looking at will qualify you in the way you want? Not sure if imposter syndrome or procrastination is making you book all the courses? I would love to help you talk this through.

Expansion Package 2 (NCPS Accreditation Support) - £330
This package offers 3.5 hours of 1:1 coaching plus up to the 3 hours reading time, and an easy to use list of the accreditation requirements with smaller, manageable steps. This package has been designed to help you navigate the often confusing and overwhelming Accreditation Process, currently limited to NCPS but I will be adding the BACP shortly (contact me for details). This package includes:

• Document detailing the Accreditation Process & smaller steps to take
  
• CPD Hours Spreadsheet
  
• Supervision Hours Spreadsheet
  
• Client Hours Spreadsheet
  
• Discussion about the Accreditation questions & how to answer them
  
• Two follow up sessions to help keep you accountable & on track.
  

We will meet for a 2 hour 1:1 session to go through the Accreditation Process and then will meet for 2x 45 minute 1:1 sessions. I suggest the 45 minute sessions are no more than one and two months after our first session in this package but I can be flexible with how you want to use them. This package is worth £447.50.
